As we approach the end of another academic year, for some it's a beginning, but for many, it's an end. Young kids eager to graduate from elementary school to middle, and angst ridden teens ready for the transition from middle school to high school. But, the most stressed out by far are graduating seniors.
This time in a students life is punctuated with many feelings- anxiety, excitement, fear, and much more. What is important to remember is that while many things seem like they're changing, your foundation is not. Every one of us has a foundation, people who make us feel safe and loved. These people will always be here for you. So when you go off into the new and exciting unknown, feel safe to take chances and experience new things because if you ever need it, the people who make up your foundation will always be there to catch you when you fall. Saying goodbye to the people you leave isn't really saying goodbye, because they will always be there when you need them.
