A common way to de-stress is to exercise. I know what you're thinking, you're too busy/lazy/etc. But, exercise releases hormones in your brain that will help you relax, feel happier, and think more clearly! You don't need to drop everything and go for a run, you can do something simple. Go for a walk, pace your office in circles, or do any quick workouts you can find on the Internet.
Being stressed is definitely a normal thing, and something we will all encounter in life. The stress on our lives can definitely be managed and a great way to relieve some of it is to exercise! So this week, anytime you feel stressed and get a chance, get in a quick work out and see how you feel afterwards.
